User Training Programs

Included in the price of each Optix system is a complimentary day of on-site installation and training. ART also offers three optional training programs, detailed below, that can be tailored to your unique requirements. Whenever you take advantage of ART course offerings, you are sure to benefit from our team’s in-depth product knowledge and hands-on technical guidance.

Optional User Training Programs

ART Facility Training

• Training for up to 5 people at ART’s training facility.
• One or two-day training sessions of both hardware and software, including the optional OptiView software modules.
• Contact ART for availability.

WebEx Training

• WebEx is a web-based program that allows our training professionals to present images, data, and illustrate functionality with or on your system from a remote location.
• Available upon request.

Customer Site Training

• Customer-site training for up to 5 people.
• One or two-day training sessions of both hardware and software, including the optional OptiView software modules.
• Method development on a specific imaging application.
• Detailed training agenda tailored to specific needs.
• Available upon request.
