Analysis Software
OptiView, which is pre-installed on all Optix system computers, is a unique tool designed to manage and analyze data collected on the Optix system. Acquisition data includes TPSF or CW data from fluorescence experiments, as well as the camera capture and profile views of the specimen. Signal conditioning is applied automatically when acquisition files are opened in OptiView.
OptiView offers TPSF viewing, the ability to perform multiple functions on the TPSF, and tools for removing background fluorescence and analyzing selections. Extensive parameter recovery capabilities, as well as tools that facilitate viewing fluorophore intensity, lifetime, as well as depth and concentration, are standard features. 3D reconstruction and CT fusion capabilities are available in the optional software modules.
